Nike Dance Program a Huge Success

Here is what some of the attendees had to say about the Nike Dance/Tae-bo Interval Training Program:

Dilek Demirkol (TRIN/II): "I really enjoyed the program, it was quite relaxing. This was my first experience doing a group workout, but I can say that I had a great
time."

Nurşah Sak (AMER/II): "Whenever I come back from an interval training program, with a pleasantly exhausted feeling, I can't help saying ‘why not more often?’ It’s incredible to think about all these people gathered in a sports hall doing the same figure at the same time. This term's program is the most exciting so far due to the Nike Dance show, with pop music being played at high volume. We’re all looking forward to having another great interval training program as exciting as this
one...and, as quickly as possible!"

Gülşah Uzakgider (TRIN/II): "The sports hall was very crowded, but I enjoyed it. This type of program helps us relax and gives us the opportunity to have fun together."

Yasin Mimir (ECON/III): "I didn't notice how fast time flew by during the program. I'm looking forward to the next one."

Abdullah Çat (ECON/III): "It was a very interesting experience for me. I think it should be held more than once a semester."

In the time between now and next semester's Interval Training Program, you might consider taking one of the aerobics or fitness courses offered at the Bilkent sports facilities. Also, Nike Dance finals will be held at Bilkent on April 1 for those who are interested. If you want to learn the complete choreography of Nike Dance, it will be taught by Pınar Tansı at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall on Tuesdays and Fridays.
