Bilkent would like to thank the “responsible and sensitive” Bilkent
University students who participated in the “Yeni Sahne Yıkılmasın”
campaign by signing a petition. The Yeni Sahne is a 50-year-old theater
in Ankara that is in danger of being torn down. Almost 900 signatures
were collected at the Radio Bilkent stands in the FEASS and BCC
Buildings on March 6 and 7. Again, we thank you for supporting the Yeni
Sahne Yıkılmasın campaign, and hope that our efforts help achieve a
successful result.
