 A special cooking course,
organized by UNICEF volunteers and supported by the Bilkent University Department of
Tourism and Hotel Management, is taking place this fall. Chefs from well-known Ankara
hotels and the Bilkent Department of Tourism and Hotel Management will conduct the
classes, which will take place at the department's facilities on Bilkent's East Campus.
The classes will focus on international cuisine.
Proceeds from the course will go to the UNICEF fund for the education of girls in Turkey.
Dates: October 2 and 16, November 13 and 27, December 11 and 18
Time: 2-6 p.m.
Cost: 390 YTL for the complete six-session course. Each participant may
also be accompanied by up to two persons, at a cost of 30 YTL per person per session.
