With the start of the new academic year, students from the
Tourism and Hotel Management Departments are again looking forward to cooking and serving
you in the practice restaurant. The restaurant is located in the 'R' building on East
Campus. As in previous years, Le Piment Rouge will be open Monday through
Friday from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m.
As seating is limited, reservations are highly recommended. Le Piment Rouge will also be
available for special events and we would be pleased to prepare special menus, where
possible, for your event.
