To Bilnews Readers
As we come to the end of another semester, it's once again time to say good-bye until next
year. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our readers for their support
and contributions throughout the past academic year.
The Bilkent News also would like to take the opportunity to say goodbye
to our columnists who are graduating. Our student columnists: İsmail O. Postalcıoğlu,
author of "Life etc.", Gülay Acar, author of "Prologue to My
Perspective" and member of the editorial board, and Sıla Türkü Kural, author of
"The Voice" and the puzzle editor, are all graduating this year. We would like
to thank them for their contributions, hard work and insight to the paper and to
congratulate them as they graduate from Bilkent. The Bilkent News wishes
these three students and all the graduating students, much success in the future!
Finally, after a year, Carley Piatt will be moving on. As the Editor of the Bilkent
News, we would like to thank Ms. Piatt for all of her great contributions to Bilkent
News, hard work, dedication, and her professional and friendly manner. We will
miss her always-smiling face and we wish her success in her future endeavors.
