 Industrial
Engineering graduates, from a variety of sectors and companies, visited their Alma Mater
to meet with current Bilkent IE students - the future grads who will follow in their
footsteps. Berkhan Esmer, Fatma Senem Erdem, Sibel Salman, Boğaç Üner, and Erhan Bostan
joined the seminar, held in Mithat Çoruh Auditorium, to talk about their experiences and
post-university life. The event was organized with the contributions of the IE Department,
and Bilkent Alumni Center.
In his opening remarks, Prof. Sabuncuoğlu, the Chair of the Industrial Engineering
Department, stated that, "as a department, we are stronger than ever, with the alumni
network established recently and the contributions of our graduates." Following the
seminar, students had the chance to speak with presenters at a reception held in the EB
Building.
