The Bilkent University Library Survey 2007-2008

library.jpg (13725 bytes)Your Library is constantly striving to maintain the high level of its collection and services, both nationally and internationally. As part of this mission, we are currently organizing a user satisfaction survey, which will be available both electronically and in print format to all users - students, academic and non-academic staff, as well as our numerous non-Bilkent users. If you would like to help us improve our services and facilities, please take the short time necessary to complete the survey. Remember, even if you rarely come to the Library in person, you probably still make use of our website and our electronic subscriptions and your opinions are, therefore, important to us.

In order to complete the survey, you have a number of choices. All Bilkent users will receive a notification to their Bilkent e-mail accounts containing a link to the online version. Please click on the link, complete the survey, and submit. There will also be a link directly from the Library's website. Alternatively, you can complete a paper version of the survey. Copies will be available at both Main and East Campus Libraries, at the entrances and at the circulation desks. In addition, copies will be given out by instructors during some selected survey courses this week.

Please note that the survey will be "active" for only two weeks, between May 13 and 25, and after those dates it will cease to be available in any format.

The Bilkent University Library Survey 2007-2008 was prepared by library staff, with the advice and assistance of Selin Atalay (MAN), Ceylan Kızılduman-Yazıcı (CTP), and Robin Turner (FAE). Bilkent University Library is grateful to Dr. Atalay, Ms. Kızılduman-Yazıcı, and Mr. Turner for their help, and to the instructors who have agreed to distribute the survey during their courses.

Thank you all in advance for completing the survey and thus helping us to continue to be the best academic library in Turkey!
