There couldn't possibly be a better way to truly experience the culture, history and landscape of Turkey than by seeing it on foot. The Lycia Way walk will start in Fethiye on June 1. It will cover roughly 509 km and give walkers a chance to see around 28 archaeological sites en route.
Approximately 25 km will have to be tackled per day to finish by the end of the month as is planned. If anyone wishes to come along for what could very well be the adventure of a lifetime, then you are welcome to join in. If you don't wish to do the entire trip, you must start at the beginning and say goodbye during the walk. You will not be able to join up with the group later in the trek.
