On November 22 and 23, 15 members of Bilkent University's Underwater Diving Club took part in a free Emergency First Response course (EFR) offered by the Bilkent Health Center. Attendance for Union members was mandatory. Both theoretical and practical aspects of first response were covered. Those who took part will take an examination. Those who pass will receive their EFR Certificate from the Ministry of Health.
