Beat Stress, Increase Fitness and
Have Fun with Interval Training

The Interval Training Program, organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center, will be held at the Student Dormitory Sports Hall, Tuesday November 4 at 6:30 p.m.

This is a group program combining aerobics, Tae-Bo, step, abdominal workout, fitness-ball, flex-bands and fitness training. Regardless of current physical ability, all students are invited to take part in this fun, fitness filled activity that combines rhythm and fitness training. Please register at any of the Sports Halls on campus.
