yogaLife can be full of stress. From traffic jams to waiting in lines, long work hours to future plans, stress can come from many sources and affect you in a number of ways. If you are having trouble sleeping, are feeling lonely, unhappy, or stuck in a rut, or are questioning the direction of your life, it's time to take action. Yoga might just be the answer for you.
