 Microsoft Turkey, through a program called Dreamspark, is giving students and academics access to its products as part of a study. After downloading software through Dreamspark, support will be offered through Microsoft Student Partners (MSP) who can answer questions about software technologies, development tools and products, certificates, activities, conferences, and more.
Students from nine universities in Turkey (Bilkent, Gazi, Koç, Erciyes, Bozok, ODTÜ, Yıldız Teknik, Ege, and Osman Gazi) have been given access to the following products through Dreamspark:

 To download:
1. Go to: dreamspark.bilkent.edu.tr
2. Enter your Bilkent Student ID and STARS/SRS password
3. Enter your Windows Live e-mail address and password.
4. Now, you are registered. Start downloading your free licensed software from www.dreamspark.com
5. You should sign in to the system with your Windows Live e-mail address and password.
