Online Computer Problem Report Now Available
An online problem reporting service is now available through Bilkent's computer network.

When you need assistance for any problem with your office computer, you can fill out and electronically send to the Bilkent Computer Center a service request form from the university's web pages. Please fill out all form details. The filled-out form will be distributed to BCC support personnel immediately. The requests will be served on first-come, first-served basis.

Users can find the form at http://www.bilkent.edu.tr/bcc.

The problem hotline (ext. 2555) and departmental service offices will continue their operations and services as usual.
