A small start-up company that manufactures research instruments seeks a free-lance Windows NT(/95/98) programmer to upgrade/rewrite the existing instrument control and data visualization program written with BP7.0 for DOS. The preferred language is Delphi 4, but other rapid application development environments are also welcome.
