The Tourism Schools' Practice Restaurant located in the Tourism Schools' building on East Campus recently announced its menu through Friday, February 26. The restaurant is open weekdays for lunch only at 12:30 p.m. The meal costs 2 million TL per person, excluding drinks. The menu is as follows:
- Stuffed Tomatoes à la Russe (tomatoes filled with vegetables and tuna fish)
- Lentil Soup served with croutons or Borscht à la Russe (a traditional Russian soup served with sour cream) or Fresh spinach and mushroom salad Oriental served with a soya ginger dressing
- Poached Filet of Sea Bass Vèronique served with a white wine and cream sauce and
Parmentier potatoes or Beef Stroganoff served with home made noodles and vegetables or Chicken Breast with Orange Sauce served with vegetable and Rice Pilaff
- Floating Island served with poached meringue or Chocolate cream puffs served with a chocolate sauce.
