Atatürkcü Düşünce Topluluğu (ADT) represented Bilkent at the 6th Atatürkist Thought Associations General Assembly held October 26, through Friday, October 30, at 9 Eylül University.
The assembly was called in an effort to improve communication and cooperation among ADTs at Turkish universities. Beginning this year ADTs will meet periodically between the assemblies. The participating universities were Marmara, Mimar Sinan, Galatasaray, İstanbul Teknik, Ortadogu Teknik, Ankara, Gazi, Mersin, Cumhuriyet, Celal Bayar, Istanbul, and Anadolu. The next assembly will be held at Sivas Cumhuriyet University on May 19, 1999.
ADT will continue to work on behalf of Atatürkist thought. We encourage you to come and join us.
