Bilkent Symphony Orchestra (BASSO) started the season with a benefit concert for the earthquake survivors. On Wednesday September 22, the symphony performed an impressive concert for the memory of earthquake victims. The conductor of the orchestra was well-known Fuat Mansurov, featuring violinist Maxim Fedotov (who has received many international awards). The orchestra plated pieces from J. Sibelius and J. Brahms.

The second concert will be on Monday evening. September 27, at the garden of Faculty of Music and Performing Arts (FMPA) with violinist Alfred Michourine. Do not miss this opportunity to enjoy pieces from such composers as Strauss, Amirov, Bernstein, Bizet, Erkin, Joslin, and Shostakovich!
