Osman graduated with a "Higher Certificate of Merit" from his high school since he was the most active and accomplished student. He continued his education at METU in Teaching English as a Second Language. Besides studying performing arts at FMPA, he is also doing his masters in English Language Teaching at METU.

Bilnews: "Why didn't you start your education in acting to begin with?"

Osman: "As a teenager I was influenced by the stereotypical belief that you cannot make money in acting. Because I was also very successful in English teacher. However, I realized how important acting is in my life. My goal is to be on stage until I am 40 or 50 years old.
