The Bilkent Women's Volleyball Team took first place at the Inter-Universities 2nd League Championship, which was held in Kırıkkale between February 28 and March 3.
On the first day of the tournament, Bilkent lost to Yıldız Teknik University 3-1. Despite having practised as a team only three times, they pulled together quickly and beat both Boğaziçi and Kırıkkale Universities 3-0, without giving up any sets.
By virtue of their tournament victory, the team has earned the right to play in the First League next year.
