Take a Peek Behind the Doors of Business
Genç Girişimciler Kulübü (Young Entrepreneurs Club), the Career Development and Placement Center, and BilMed Alumni Association have organized a meeting to discuss "Life After Graduation" at FADA FB-309, on Friday, April 21 at 2:30 p.m. The main purpose of the meeting is to give students insights into the differences between starting a business oneself and working for somebody else. Bilkent graduates like Boğaç Üner (IE/91), Bora Sarı (MAN/91), Bozkurt Kenan Yılmaz (MAN/91), and Melike Kuli (ECON/97) will meet and share their experiences with entrepreneurially-minded students. After the meeting, refreshments will be served to allow for informal mingling and more personal contact.

The Young Entrepreneurs Club offers students the opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge base to prepare themselves for setting up their own businesses. Club members can join seminars that provide information on such things as company structures, international trade, and market assessment. Members can also participate in company visits to gain a first-hand view of the workings of businesses in various sectors of the economy. If you want to learn more about the club and alumni, don't miss the "Life After Graduation" meeting on April 21!
