Effective Communication and Conflict Management Workshop
Conflict is part of life and communicating effectively helps deal with conflict. This workshop examines the sources of conflict and explores its resolution process, as well as looking at the outcomes of effective communication in personal and social relationships, such as friendship, roommates, co-workers, romantic partners and family.
