Traffic Slogan Contest Winners
The Bilkent University Traffic Committee has announced the results of the slogan contest on the theme of "Respect on the Roads." Members of the Bilkent community, through online and paper voting, have selected the following traffic slogans as their favorites:

  • "Kırmızıda Geçti, Ama Artık Çok Geçti"
    Berkant Barla Cambazoğlu (CS-IX)

  • "Yol Ver, Bir Dakika Kaybet. Ya da Boşver, Herşeyini Kaybet"
    Ayça Özger (IAED-IV)

  • "Hatalı Sollama, Diğer Dünyaya Yollama"
    Duran Güher (Housing Office)

  • "Hayali Bir Canavar Yarattılar, Tüm Suçu Ona Attılar"
    Gürcan Özköklü, (German Unit, FHL)

  • "Şu Karşıdan Karşıya Geçen, Bir Albert Einstein Olabilir"
    Umut Topkara (CS-IV)

  • "Yaşama Hakkımı Lastiklerinle Çiğneyemezsin"
    Ali Çavuşoğlu (Bilintur Catering Center)

  • "Fast Driving - Last Driving!"
    Gürcan Özköklü (German Unit, FHL)

  • "Arabanızla Değil, Aklınızla Yarışın"

The results of the contest can be seen in their entirety at

In the coming weeks some of the participating slogans will be made into stickers and posters. The Traffic Committee would like to thank everyone who participated in the contest either by submitting slogans or by taking the time to vote for them.
