Prof. Yalabık Becomes Associate Provost
|
 Prof. Cemal Yalabık, Chair of the Department of Physics, has been appointed Associate Provost for the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs.
Dr. Yalabık earned his Ph.D. in Physics at Brown University (Rhode Island, USA) in 1976 and continued his academic career at METU and Temple University (Philedelphia, USA). He has been with Bilkent since 1987 and served in the University Senate between 1992-1999.
Prof. Yalabık is a member of the Turkish Academy of Sciences.
