On Monday, February 19 at
12:30 p.m., the Student Practice Restaurant will once again open its doors for the university community to enjoy its new offerings. As part of the School of Tourism and Hotel Management, the Practice Restaurant invites visitors to dine on the fine foods prepared and served by students in a lovely setting. Seating is limited, so please call Ayþe Akgün at ext. 5002 for a reservation. The set menu fee is 3,500,000 TL.

Tuna Fish Cocktail served with Greens or Lentil Soup with Croutons or
Vegetable Soup or Fresh Spinach and Mushroom Salad (oriental salad with soya ginger dressing)
Poached Filet of Salmon served with Steamed Potatoes or Beef Strogonoff with Sour Cream Sauce and Home Made Noodles or Chicken Breast with Mushroom Sauce with Rice Pilav and Vegetables
