Ready for Flu Shot? Flu shots to reduce the risk of getting influenza (grippe) are now offered at Main Campus Health Center (call ext. 1666 or 5314 during working hours) for a price of 5.000.000. TL. It is recommended for the following people: Age 65 or above, Residents of nursery homes and other chronic-care facilities that house persons of any age who have chronic medical conditions. Adults and children who have chronic disorders of the pulmonary or cardiovascular systems, including children with asthma. Adults and children who require regular medical follow-up or hospitalization because of chronic metabolic diseases (including diabetes mellitus), renal-dysfunction hemoglobinopathies or immunosupression. Children and teenagers (ages 6 months to 18 years) who are receiving long-term aspirin therapy. (Note: Bayındır Health Insurance does not cover the cost of vaccination.)
