Gourmet Food on Campus
Have you tried having a gourmet lunch at the School of Tourism and Hotel Management? The Student Practice Restaurant has reopened its doors for this year. The food is prepared and served by the students in training.

This week's menu consists of the following choices:
Starters: Eggs Mayonnaise, French Onion Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Chef's Salad
Main Course: Lamb Cutlets Reform, Rainbow Trout Grenobloise, Green Canneloni Roman Style.(The Main Course is served with vegetables and potatoes)
Dessert: Maltese Rice Pudding, Cheese Cake

The restaurant is open only for lunch, from 12:30-1:30 p.m.Note that there is limited seating so reservations are required. Call Ayþe Akgün for reservations at ext. 5002. (Cost of the menu, exclusive of beverages, is 3,000,000 TL.)
