Youth Festival Inviting Club Participation
The Third European Youth Festival will take place on November 30 - December 8 in Ankara.
One of the main goals of organizing the Festival is to bring young people and youth organizations together to help them discover their similarities and differences and to encourage them to network with their counterparts in European countries.
Another goal of the festival is to highlight the importance of young people in European integration. Also, the Festival allows young people the opportunity to express themselves through art.
The previous European Youth Festivals took place in 1999 and 2000 in Ankara and has brought together a total of 45.000 young people through its various activities. Last year, 13 University Clubs from Bilkent University attended the festival, providing them with the opportunity to share cultural, artistic, and social values and to establish cooperative ties for the future with youths from 10 European countries and from other universities.
During the festival many Exhibitions, Forums and Workshops will be organized. Some other major activities of the festival will be music, dance and theatre performed by groups from different countries.
