4 Element Capoeria Club
Presents Brazilian Martial Art |
Capoeria, a combination of defense, acrobatics and rhythm is a
reflection of Brazilian culture and was created by African slaves as
a martial art. It possesses a very unique style, helps to develop
mental balance, and increases physical conditioning. Music is not
incidental to Capoeira; it is one of the most important elements in
the art. It creates the atmosphere in which Capoeira can be
expressed. Capoeria is practiced and performed in a circle, while
following ritualistic movements.
The 4 Element Capoeria Club welcomes everybody. For more
information contact Tuna ̃entuna at (555) 218-3575 or e-mail
