Get Ready for Interval Training
|
Do you like aerobics, taibox, step and fitness? If so, here is a great chance for you to participate.
The Physical Education and Sports Center has organized an “Interval Training Program” which is group based combining aerobics, taibox, step and fitness.
The program will be held at the Student’s Dormitory Sports Hall on Tuesday, March 19 at 6 p.m. Registrations are at both Main Campus and the Student Dormitory Sports Centers. The Physical Education and Sports Center invites all students to this dynamic and enjoyable program. No matter your physical ability everybody is welcome to join!
The first 100 who register will be given special Bilkent t-shirts. For further information call ext. 2262.
