AIESEC on Campus!
|
One of the world’s largest student exchange associations, AIESEC (Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales), is now at several locations around campus. Founded in 1948 as a student-managed organization, AIESEC assists students in many fields, giving them the opportunity to work abroad for periods ranging from 2 to 18 months. The organization has approximately 20,000 active members in 84 different countries. Three different programs are offered according to the interests and abilities of the students:
Management traineeship (MT) is offered for Economics and Administrative sciences as an internship program either in companies or governmental organizations focusing on management, trade, accounting, marketing or human resources.
Technical Traineeship (TT) is offered for students studying information systems and engineering departments, and provides an opportunity to work either in governmental or non-governmental organizations as well as companies in the field specified
A Development Traineeship (DT) is organized for students who would like to work in areas such as women and children, entrepreneurship, environment, human rights, social development, health, education,regional development. Students interested in this opportunity to learn about different cultures and work on their area of interest can find AIESEC information and application desks in the FEASS,
B-building and SAL.
