Interval Training

The Interval Training program organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center was held at the Student's Dormitory Sports Hall on Tuesday, March 19, at 6 p.m. The program included aerobics, taibox, step and fitness sections. Over 100 participants attended the training which lasted one and a half hours.
Participants not only had the privilege of working out in a state of the art facility, but they also received a special Bilkent University Interval Training t-shirt. Most of the participants said they did not notice how fast time flew by during the exercises and that they are looking forward to the next program.
