On Sunday April 14, a group of individuals, mostly Bilkent students and members of the Trekking Group, a new branch of DOST (outdoor Sports Society) which was founded this semester, enjoyed a beautiful day of hiking at Işık Mountain in Kızılcahamam. With the guidance of experienced members of DOST, the trekkers walked 12 km. through beautiful, rolling hills.
Trekking tours are planned for members of the Bilkent community throughout the Spring. Everyone is welcome to attend these treks not only for the pure enjoyment, but to experience a once in a life time adventure.
