The Department of Business Information Management (BIM) offers a new course, 'Negotiation Skills', taught by Murat Serim. The course emphasizes the techniques of conflict management, negotiation skills, the theory of bargaining and other key issues in today's business environment. Thus, this course is designed to improve the communication, presentation and participation talents of the students.
