Register for Fall 2002 Sports Courses

The human body needs to be physically fit to be healthy. Before the advent of remote control, cars, and washing machines, people actually had to exercise in their daily lives! Here are just a few of the 100 reasons why you should participate in sports or exercise at the Bilkent Physical Education and Sports Center:
1) It helps to increase your overall health awareness;
2) It helps you to manage your stress more effectively;
3) It helps you to maintain proper muscle balance and;
4) It improves your mental awareness.
Registration for Fall 2002 sports courses will take place at the Main Campus Physical Education and Sports Center between September 16-30. To use any sports facility or to participate in any sports course, all you are required to do is have your Bilkent ID card with you all the times. You can reserve the mini football field or tennis courts by phone or in person at the reception desk in the Physical Education and Sports Center.
