Flu shots to reduce the risk of getting influenza (grippe) are now offered at the Main Campus Health Center at a special cost of 11.000.000 TL. The shot is strongly recommended for the following people:
- Adults and children who have chronic disorders of the pulmonary or cardio-vascular systems, including children with asthma.
- Adults and children who require regular medical follow-ups or hospitalization because of chronic metabolic diseases (including diabetes mellitus), ranal-dysfunction hemoglobinapathies or immunosuppression.
- Children and teenagers (6 months to 18 years) who are receiving long term aspirin therapy - Individuals aged 65 or older
