As in previous summers, between July 1 and August 10 Bilkent students from a number of departments helped high school graduates explore and learn more about Bilkent University.
Students who came with their friends, parents or teachers enjoyed individual or group tours led by students studying in various departments. Visiting students were also able to receive more in-depth information from both faculty members and currently enrolled students.
The visitors were not the only ones to benefit from the tour, “As tour guides representing the University, we also had an enjoyable time and had a chance to make new friends. It was a great example of team work and friendship” says Ekin Pehlivan (IR/III), one of the student tour guides.
