Klasik Danslar Kulübü continues to offer two classes in dance. The first is in Argentine Tango, and is taught by Pelin Ercan. Tango class meets on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at the Main Campus Sports Hall. If you are more interested in Latin Dancing, there is a second course that meets on Wednesdays and Fridays between 6 - 8 p.m. on East Campus in the Fitness Studio, taught by Erdem Özkan, who is also a student in IR. Latin dancing includes cha cha, salsa, rumba, samba and jive. Both classes are open to all Bilkenters.
Klasik Danslar Kulübü is also planning to organize a series of Latin Parties in some of Ankara’s best known clubs, starting in December. Erdem Özkan said that swing, waltz, and courses in oriental dancing will also be given if there is a large enough demand.
