Practice Restaurant Menu

Every year students of Tourism and Hotel Management and Tourism and Hotel Services who are taking the “International Cuisine” course, prepare and serve delicious meals for guests at the Practice Restaurant on East Campus under the supervision of their instructors Head Chef Henk Kuchlein, and Assistant Frederick Smith. Every week, for the sum of only 6 million TL., you can sample a different kind of cuisine.
The Practice Restaurant is pleased to announce its re-opening on Monday, September 30. Chefs Henk and Frederick and their motivated students are pleased to serve you and are sure you won't be disappointed. Here is the Chefs’ choice for the opening week!
