Interval Training What a Blast!

A total of 200 students participated in the program, which lasted one and a half hours. The Interval Training Program included aerobics, taibox, step, fitness and stretching sessions. All of these are combined by the instructors to offer students an enjoyable and dynamic program.
“The number of the participants is increasing each time we offer a session. Enrollment for the last session was 150 students and this time it increased to 200. Thanks to all the participants. We are hoping to see everybody in the next program” says Filiz Gür, coordinator of the step/aerobics program.
Participants not only had the privilege of working out in a state of the art facility, but they also received special Bilkent University Interval Training t-shirts.
Merve Oðuz (COMD/III): “Although I’m usually too lazy to participate in sports activities, I had great time at the Interval Training Session.”
Alev Çopur (GRA/II): “Thanks to the organization for making interval training fun as well as challenging. Also the music broadcasted was very enjoyable in that it helped us improve our motivation.”
Burcu Görün (FADA/II): “Now, I feel relaxed and refreshed. Thanks to the Physical Education and Sports Center!”
Erman Meç (FADA/III): “It was splendid. We had a great time!”
Deniz Tunaoðlu (COMD/III): “It is a very good idea and useful for everyone involved. It was also something that we could not get anywhere else. The organization was perfect!”
