Corrections From Last Week In last week's “Young Chefs of Turkey Recognized" article, the information concerning Pamela de Andria should have read as follows: “Among the competitors was Pamela de Andria, a 2000 THM graduate. She represented the Movenpick Hotel Istanbul, where she is currently working as a comi chef.” Also, there were no jurors from the Bilkent Hotel on the panel. The information concerning Mr. Atok İlhan should have read as “Bailli Delegue de Turkey” instead of “President”. The last sentence should have read: “The School awarded trophies to the three winning young chefs, Mr. Cihan Çetin from the Carlton, who will represent Turkey in the World finals in South Africa; Mr. Ercan Yamantürk from Çırağan Kempinsky and Ms. İnanç Çelenkil from the Lokanta Restaurant.”
