Get Ready for Interval Training
|
Do you like aerobics, taibox, step and fitness? If so, here is a great chance for you to participate.
The Physical Education and Sports Center has organized an “Interval Training Program” which is group based, and combines aerobics, taibox, step and fitness.
The program will be held at the Student Dormitories Sports Hall on Tuesday, November 12 at 6 p.m. Registrations are at both Main Campus and the Student Dormitories Sports Hall. The Physical Education and Sports Center invites all students to this dynamic and enjoyable program. Regardless of your physical ability, you are welcome to join!
The first 100 who register will be given free Bilkent t-shirts. For further information call ext. 2262 or 1325.
