Why not Join a Club?

There are now over 60 clubs at Bilkent University, all of which can enrich your social and academic life in one way or another. Remember that while studying at Bilkent receiving high grades is important, getting involved in sports and extracurricular activities is also an essential part of life at Bilkent.
Bilkent University Student Union Clubs have several goals in common: to contribute to the social life on campus, to build an environment where members can make friends, and to help develop organizational and communication skills.
Participating in clubs truly helps to enhance an individual’s social interaction skills. It also offers the opportunity to improve individual personal skills such as creativity, leadership, open-mindedness and communication.
There are 68 clubs that have been organized for the 2002-2003 academic year. We hope all students will join a club. So go for it, become a member, and discover your potential!
