“The Interview Games”
This month, Bilkent students in semester 7 or 8 of their curriculum will have the opportunity to participate in a new graduate recruitment simulation and be interviewed by the human resources executives of leading companies in Turkey.
The simulation, designed by the Bilkent Career Center, will consist of the following steps:
1. Application
2. Project introductory meetings (participation mandatory)
3. Pre-selection
4. Selection by the jury
5. Personality assessment
6. New graduate interviews
The jury will include the HR executives of Aselsan, General Electric, Meteksan Defense Systems, Karel, JW Marriot and other leading companies.
The application process will start on Monday, November 16 and continue until Thursday, November 26. To apply, students should go to https://stars.bilkent.edu.tr/srs and access the submenu “New Graduate Recruitment Simulation” under the “Services” menu.
Applicants will need to submit a recent CV and a video at least one but no more than two minutes long, outlining “who I am.”
Introductory meetings are scheduled for:
November 12 at 12:30 p.m. in the V2 Lecture Hall in V Building
November 19 and 23 at 12:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of the Student Union Building
