Are you ready to compete to win the following?
- One-to-one interview simulation with an HR executive, for 40 seniors
- “How to Manage Your Career” training session, for 20 seniors
- Career coaching throughout the spring semester, for 10 seniors
This semester, Bilkent students in the seventh or eighth semester of their curriculum will have the opportunity to participate in a “new graduate” recruitment simulation and be interviewed by human resources executives of leading companies in Turkey.
The simulation, designed by the Bilkent Career Center, will consist of the following steps:
- Application
- Introductory meetings (participation mandatory)
- Pre-selection
- Selection by the jury
- “How to Manage Your Career” training session (for all jury-selected participants)
- New graduate interview simulations
- Career coaching
The jury will include HR executives from Aselsan, Arçelik, General Electric, Ideacoaching, JW Marriot, Limak Holding, Meteksan Defense Systems, PWC, TEB and other leading companies.
The application process will start on Monday, October 24 and continue until Friday, November 11. To apply, students should go to https://stars.bilkent.edu.tr/srs and access the submenu “New Graduate Recruitment Simulation” under the “Services” menu.
Applicants will need to submit a recent CV and a video of at least one but no more than two minutes, outlining “Who I Am.”
Introductory meetings will be scheduled for October 17 and 25 and November 1, all at 12:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of the Student Union Building.
All steps of the simulation will be conducted in Turkish.
