What is BilkentTalks?
BilkentTalks refers to an event featuring a series of short (maximum 15 minutes), lively presentations that will be given by Bilkent instructors and students. Each talk will be about a worthwhile, educational or interesting topic, and all of the talks will be videorecorded and put up on the event’s YouTube channel and at mizahkultur.bilkent.edu.tr/bilkenttalks.
BilkentTalks will take place on April 1 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in Mithat Çoruh Auditorium, and will include a talk by Rector Abdullah Atalar. Some talks will be in Turkish, and others in English. There will be two sessions of four to five talks, with a break between them. During the break, refreshments will be served. All Bilkenters are invited to this unique event. Students taking GE250/251 will receive 40 points for attending.
