Maybe feeling that people are happy to have foreigners here and want to discuss things with them.
What’s your favorite place on campus, and why?
The grassy hill in front of Dorm 76, where you can chill while overlooking Ankara.
What’s your favorite Turkish food/ favorite part of Turkish culture?
Definitely the food, particularly tavuk döner and İskender kebap.
Where do you expect to see yourself 10 years from now?
Probably abroad (from France) with my family.
What’s the hardest challenge you’ve faced in Turkey?
Overcoming the language barrier, but I’m working on it!
What cities have you visited in Turkey? Which one do you like the best?
Beypazarı, Fethiye, Kapadokya and İstanbul. İstanbul, for both its magnificent monuments and the atmosphere.
Do you have any hidden talents?
Turkish dance, surprisingly.
