How has regular exercise affected your life?
It has had a positive effect. I can go to sleep easily and focus on my lessons well. Also, it can increase self-confidence.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Never give up. You should eat more protein, a low amount of carbohydrates and a moderate amount of fat. Sugar is the most dangerous nutrient.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Sleep, health, feeling good.

I’ve used the Dormitories Sports Center. I’ve participated in the fitness challenge and won awards.
