During the upcoming semester break, the Sports Center will be offering a number of exercise, martial arts and sports programs/courses. All courses will take place in the Main Sports Hall or the Dormitories Sports Hall according to the schedules below; participants may register at any of the Sports Halls. Pilates (Beginner)
