How often do you exercise?
Five to six days a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
My life quality is better than before. I feel much more energetic, and I do my daily tasks easily.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
Do not hurry. Start with a full-body exercise program. After a while you will find yourself getting stronger.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Fitness, Football, Basketball
Which Bilkent sports facilities (Sports Halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use?
Presently, I use the Fitness Court on East Campus.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities (intramural tournaments, swim festivals, Zumba master classes, etc.)?
I will soon participate at the other Sports Hall.
