Assoc. Prof. Çerağ Esra Çuhadar was appointed vice chair of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, effective June 1, 2019.
Prof. Michelle Marie Adams was appointed chair of the Department of Psychology, effective July 1, 2019. Prof. Adams took over the position from the previous chair, Prof. Timothea Toulopoulou.
Asst. Prof. Jedediah Wilfred Pap Allen and Asst. Prof. Hande Ilgaz were appointed vice chairs of the Department of Psychology, effective July 1, 2019.
Asst. Prof. Aysu Berk Haznedaroğlu was appointed acting chair of the Department of Architecture, effective August 20, 2019. Dr. Haznedaroğlu took over the position from the previous acting chair Assoc. Prof. Burcu Şenyyapılı Özcan.
Prof. Stein Haughom Olsen was appointed acting dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Letters, effective September 1, 2019. Prof. Olsen took over the position from the previous acting dean, Prof. Zeki Kuruoğlu.

Prof. İbrahim Körpeoğlu was appointed chair of the Department of Computer Engineering, effective September 1, 2019. Prof. Körpeoğlu took over the position from the previous chair, Prof. Halil Altay Güvenir.
